Great bagels and they r so good

Friendly but slow service

Good Salmon, Avocado, cream cheese on a bagel. Except that the 1st time I got the pieces if avocado. This time I got the guacamole spread instead, which makes a HUGE difference. Avocado is avocado, guacamole is processed, & not too healthy. If they advertise it with Avocado, then five avocado, not guacamole or avocado spread.

Food is great and worth it. Staff were accommodating. Seating is comfortable. My strawberry croissant was fresh and delicious. My Chipotle turkey sandwich with extra onion was tasty, but I will try a different bagel instead of Everything next time. The Everything bagel was a little salty. Where the sugar was for coffee, they didn't have Splenda. The ordering process can be a bit confusing. You pick your drink first. You order your sandwich, wait for it to be made, and then take it where you order. Meanwhile, people are lining up behind you and moving forward in line. I'm not exactly sure if you order a bagel up front or where you pay. I was offered cream cheese at the place you pay. Using Starbucks system would be easier. I'm also disappointed by the lack of an app to order with and get points.

Great workers, warm and inviting atmosphere. Farmhouse was very good, coffee was super hot.

Stopped coming here. Crowded, SLOW service and they always run out of bagels (such as cinnamon sugar for the kids). Bagel quality is good, but I’m fed up with the poor customer service and wait.

Bagels are delicious, the service can use a drastic improvement.

Standard Bruegger's, very friendly & efficient staff.I've stopped in a couple times during work week mornings. Always impressed that the people who work here know their regulars. Everyone is greeted in a friendly fashion and they offer generally fast service.The food quality is standard Bruegger's. No surprises on that front. Store is clean, but on the small side. Free WiFi.

This is an okay place to grab breakfast or lunch. They offer a wide selection, bagels, hot sandwiches, salads, soups. The bagel quality is okay, nothing compared to ny bagels but seem fresh.They can get crowded and the line moves slowly since they individually make every sandwich. The upside, your sandwich or bagel is completely customized.Some of the items can get expensive here but the bagel with cream cheese isn't too bad, neither is the soup.I think they offer free wifi. Even though its usually pretty crowded, they have a lot of seating.Like most places in Wellesley square, expect lots of kids running around

Good bagels, terribly slow service, manager did not seem to care. Go to another bruegger's if you have a choice.

Love watching them make bagels

Tiny, tasteless, bagels that are half heartedly thrown together by prepubescent middle schoolers who under little oversight from management. I remember brueggers bagel sandwiches being amazing in years past but recently I’ve been let down every time.

I get to eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I must say the customer service is always good and they keep the spot well organized consistently. Prices are reasonable and they serve generous portions.

Bagels are Delicious

Staff was nice. Supper slow moving though, lunch rush and only 2 working. I got a garden veggie wrap and it contained enuff vegetables for a small rabbit. So disappointed. I Also orderd the harvest turkey sandwich and it was so bad. I took 2 bites and then threw it out. Never again

Delicious bagels but unbelievably slow service. One person filling orders ( coffee included) and working the register with six people in line.

This Bruegger's store in Wellesley has long Waits and poor service and hardly any Bagels to choose from the Bruegger's in Newton is much better

Slow poor service

Brugger's Bagels has the best bagels in our neighborhood. They make great sandwiches of which the bagel with jalapeno cream cheese and lox is my favorite.They also make the best cold brew coffee in town.

The employees are so caring and the Bagels are so fresh no matter what time of the day it is. It would be great if they stay open later than 5 pm.

Theyz don't have enough people on staff. On a Saturday morning it took 25 minutes to get a bagel.

This location is nice and small. The service was quick and friendly. The only feedback I have is that they need to do a better job of cleaning their table during the morning.

The food was pretty good even though they did not have a few things listed on their menu (disappointing). The managers were having a heated discussion about their employees. Even if they were correct about their perspective, as a customer the managers behavior made me feel uncomfortable. I probably will not go back anytime soon.

Their bagels are excellent. Service is very slow. They need to spread the butter consistently.

This is a difficult review. I don’t blame staff. I eat a lot of bagels from the Wellesley store. The oven broke down. It’s been two weeks? The staff are struggling there. I can see that. They are trying to get through this... Can Bruegger’s please get this fixed? You are losing customers.
